Did you leave your last job voluntarily? I had a friend who ran into this problem after he had been let go. Judge ruled that the old employer could not fire him and then keep him from future employment. However, this was in NJ and you aren't.

Nope, contract wasn't renewed when it expired. I didn't think of asking them to waive it at the time and I don't want them make them any wiser by asking them now. *****.

You live in work in Socialist Europe, I am surprised they even let you have a non-compete clause. I would say **** it and go for the new job anyways.

Well, it's an american founded company so the faggy parts must've trickled down
I might just go for it. It should expire in march if I remember correctly.

That is kind of interesting- I's always assumed that noncompete agreements were a uniquely American phenomenon.

If this specific situation were tested in a US court, they would most likely find that your separation from your previous employer was voluntary, since you voluntarily entered into contract-based employment with a defined end-date, with the foreknowledge that said contract might not be renewed.

That said, one rarely hears of noncompete agreements being successfully enforced.

Wrong. According to most (and this just happened to me btw) an involuntary termination is when an employer terminates the employment, other than due to employees implicit or explicit request, where the employee was willing and able to continue performing services. This does include the employer's failure to renew a contract at the time the contract expires, assuming the employee was willing to continue providing services.

No not Moog. I don't want to bother with their HR department. Like I said, I don't want to make them any wiser. New company might change the job description as such so it wouldn't violate the clause. Should be good to go if I decide to take the job

OOWWWWWW! My nipples! Goddamn rough *** polyester shirt has been chaffing them for the last 30 hours straight. I was only planning on wearing it for a few hours.

Also, taking off boots and socks after the same 30 hours is NOT overrated.

New level of manliness achieved. Spend the last 2 hours pricing a big garbage bag full of beanie babies. Turns out they weren't the valuable investment everyone seemed to think they would be in the 90's. Who would have thought...? The most valuable one I could find was about $10. My mom gave me her collection to sell in replacement of my baseball card collection that her ex husband stole when they split up. The baseball card collection was probably worth 10x what these are worth. Entire bag of about 60 of them is only worth about $225. I bet she probably paid 5x that for them new.

I have a new fetish. Girls that ride horses, in full gear. I live close to a bunch of horse boarding and training farms, and saw a girl getting gas up the road in those tight pants, tall riding boots and even the helmet. I'm still picking my tongue up off the floor. Dat ***! She was built!

HHNNGGGG!

Just going to post this in here because for some odd reason I can't find the answer. Are the connectors for the 1.6 and 1.8 dash the same?

Click this as payment for my stupid question: http://imgur.com/xMuXbn1

I'm 95% sure they are the same. Whether or not the oil pressure gauge will work interchangeably I don't know.

I'm pretty sure for that I just need to use the 1.6 oil pressure sensor.

Now that you say that, I think it is just the sending unit that is different, not the gauge itself. I researched this years back as to whether the clusters were directly interchangeable, and I'm quite positive they are.

Bad first world day here. I should just go to bed.

Before I give up, I urge anyone reading this to NOT EVER buy from samsung. Nothing but problems from every device I have had from them (Tablet, Phone, Laptop). Their website is ****. Impossible to get drivers.
