What i can't fathom is how in the **** you even arrive at those maps? I mean... what in the world did they even start with?

I honestly feel a little bad for the guy, but if you don't even have the ability to see that all of this is fucked then you need a new hobby. From reading through his build thread it is apparent that he doesn't even have a basic understanding of tuning and very little mechanical aptitude.

If he didn't burn the diypnp I built for him with vodka, it was loaded with a pretty decent basemap that wouldn't result in so much joy for me.

I still got paid and his **** is so ducked now. Couldn't be happier.

I had nothing to do with his failure.

all I did was build him a DIYPNP in June of 2011 and help him out with his install.

I used to follow that thread and give him advice; i was anxiously waiting for the MS i built him to run his car; it was a pretty cool build since he had more money than brains. That's where the joke I posted in his sig comes form.

When he finally got around to installing his DIYPNP in Oct of 2012, over a year later, he forgot I told him that there was a pull-down resistor on the vTPS signal that needed to be removed with he finally converted his harness to vTPS. Without this resistor the tps signal floats to 100% TPS while you drive the car, this can reek havoc on your car. I did this all on my 90-93 installs unless you specifically told me you were running vTPS from the get-go.

A few days before he set the ECU on fire, he asked if TDR could email me with help installing. They never did. Then he posted videos online of the car running on the MS I built him. I posted a bunch of positive replies in his thread.

Then a day or two later (10/9/12) he posted the pics of the MS I built him on fire (not photoshopped). Completely unwarranted claiming it didn't work, then he posted a "review" thread further trying to bash the unit. He then banned me from CR.

all they had to do was cut out a damn resistor and the vTPS would have worked.

He replaced the DIYPNP with a MSPNP2.

I have NOTHING to do with his failure, or lack of any brain power.

Mention the golden rule to him.

I didn't realize he was partially blaming me for:

• Spending ungodly amounts of money and over four years on a car with a 1.6l and torque reducing itbs
• Installing a mspnp2 from diyautotime
• Having someone tune it worse than my dick pressing random buttons could
• Blowing the motor making pathetic amounts of "power" on the dyno and pathetically blaming a throttle stop amongst other things (me included)
• Forgetting to latch his hood and breaking the cheap fiberglass POS
• Ripping off his shitty chin spoiler while he cried like a little bitch as karma paid him a little visit on my birthday.

and just for clarity, this is the fuel and spark maps that were loaded on his DIYPNP that was not used for more than a few times idling:



oh and look, that map was last modified on 6/14/2011, the day I boxed up and mailed the ECU to him...


So **** him; it makes me VERY happy.


The person that altered his MSPNP2 basemap appears to be a v8 tuner; possibly specializing in mustangs or alike.
