Well my heart stopped twice today for about 30-45 seconds each time. No more Super HD.

BP was 150-100, 100bps. Now back to 130-90 90bps.

I don't know what Super HD is, but it sounds like something I'd want to avoid. Damn man, take it easy! Glad to hear you are around to talk about it.

That's still pretty high; should be below 120. Also, your heart rate is way higher than it should be.

Take care of this stuff now, or you will be fighting an uphill battle when you hit middle age. Heart disease is no joke.

Lost my dad to a heart attack 2 months ago. Still no hard evidence from the autopsy, waiting on blood tests.

ahh yeah super HD, the stuff you take for a stress test, no?

hypertension sucks. But the meds made my migranes go away completely, and 'normal' headaches are quite rare now.

Today I was beaten up by a woman.

I was in the elevator when this busty lady got in. I was staring at her breasts, when she said, would you please press 1?

So I did.

I don't remember much afterwards.

The doctor estimates the recovery time 2-3 weeks.
