I just don't know if I want to mess around with an M45 setup. I'm sure it'd be fine for a daily driver, but you're pretty well limited unless you yank the whole thing and start over.

On the plus side, the M45's seem to sell pretty well still...could drive it for a while as is, add an MS/DIY, and then make the switch to a Rotrex whenever the supply issues get sorted out.

The nearest spade should be on the oilpressure sender.

Yes, one of them is a spade connector. That's the "start now, please" signal from the keyswitch via the clutch interlock switch.

edit: the later cars may have two seperate heavy cables (from battery, to main fuse) in addition to the smaller "start now, please" wire, for a total of three. The diagram is slightly ambiguous on where precisely this common connection is made. (On the older cars, there are two separate runs from the battery, so the starter only has one heavy cable.)

here's your sign

amount invested so far in the conversion is $38,000. asking price, make a reasonable offer, partial trades considered, must sell. serious inquiries only.

What part of "no price listed" is unclear? Unless you can tell exactly what he considers a "reasonable offer."

I assumed that your "no price listed" was in relation to not having an idea of what the seller is looking for, which by the looks of it is a high ******* price. So yeah...

Anyone ever drilled/tapped their thermostat housing for a water temp sensor?

The reason for this is very simple. When its closed it can give an accurate temp reading
