Buddy of mine went to some dyno-meet and his 1.6 with begi shanghai t25/t28, MS1 and intercooler apparently made as much or less power at 12-13 psi than an mp62 equipped miata. Should I feel bad for him?

180-ish I thought. Supercharger is on a 99 car. Dude's on here too, lazy_g or something. Exhaust is a separated dp, no cat, straight through 2.5" single muffler iirc. Loud as ****.

Here is an update on my Ebay matter.

After talking with ebay they would not under any circumstance let me file a non-paying bidder claim until after 4 days. So I have done that. Since then I received this email from the bidder:

I WILL NOT PAY SO YOU CAN STEAL MY MONEY IVE ALREADY TALKED TO EBAY SO IM NOT PAYING SO YOU CAN WAIT FOREVER ON THIS BYE BYE
Which I have responded with:

Good Afternoon,
Although it is unfortunate that you refuse to pay (seeing as you entered into a legally binding contract when you bid), I am just following Ebay's procedure on the matter. I have waited 4 days for payment, I have not received any payment so I am making an unpaid item claim. You have 4 days to pay (3 now) before I can close the claim in my favor. At that time it will be recorded on your ebay record, and your negative feedback will be removed from my account.

Enjoy your day!

Very Respectfully, your friend,
Alex
I didn't want to make it extremely obvious I was mocking her. At this point I don't care about the money, I'll relist it and probably get the same amount of money.

Breaking a bleeder screw sucks, period. It usually the last one, so you have to tear into it again, maybe even take the caliper off to drill the damn thing out.

That is all.

With respect to the earlier eBay posts:

Seller fucked with me, tried to make me ship it on my own dime etc. etc., said **** it and went with an eBay dispute.

He fully refunded me and had me keep the kit. **** yeahhhh, I'll give a china rebuild kit a try if it's free.

Yeah true. That is probably one of my favorite parts (of practically the whole game) that I love. Such a funny game.

Dude, I companion cube would be awesome! Squeeze it and it says i love you? Well, that may be a bit too much...

Nice! Good to hear man.

I guess he found out that his "policies" aren't really worth a ****. When sellers like that have a whole list of rules put out in the auction it always makes me laugh because in the end, ebay and/or PayPal will do what they see fit to fix the situation.

He should revise his auctions to reflect the fact that his rebuild kits are not genuine Garrett and it'll prevent this from happening to him again. I'll bet 9/10 he leaves them as is and this will happen to someone else.

Squeeze it and it randomly says either "I love you", threatens to stab you, or gives you advice which you must ignore.

Took the car out for a short drive. Pavement was just a little damp. Equaled in no traction in 1st above 4k from a 30 roll. I can only imagine what another 100 or so RWHP would be like

Let the roommate borrow my bicycle. Brings it home with a flat, so I go get a new tube and fix it. Just rode to school only to find some metal shrapnel stuck in the tire. FML

It would be like AWESOME.

Spec Miata drivers are funny. They get so into the mindset that the spec miata way is the only way to do things.
