So I got the damage estimate from the "preferred" shop of the insurance company of the woman who hit me. Friggin' ABRA Bodyshop estimate- $1,200. I had to do this just for them to submit it to the insurance instead of me waiting for a claims adjuster to come out and look at and then take it to my preferred shop. So ABRA wrote up an estimate to repair the fender and door and repaint them.

Enter my preferred shop. A well-known shop that caters to high-end cars. I get my estimate from them yesterday. The estimate includes replacing the fender with a OE part, replacing the door skin with an OE part, paint, blending onto the rear quarter, repainting the bumper, blending onto the hood, removing the side skirt (required to fender replacement), an alignment and a bunch of other little bits (mostly disassembling of the door to replace the skin, removal of the antenna etc...). Total cost $4,127. This still doesn't include the cost of replacing the Speedfilm on the front bumper after it gets painted...which will probably another $600-$800 since it's a custom job.

Fun.

Wow.

What can I say? If the US were still on the gold standard and the Federal Reserve didn't exist, that bill would be a tenth of what it is.

But keep in mind, it's not because the products are more expensive, but that the dollar is worth less.

My new morning routine is ******* kick ***. I usually wake up everyday at 0330 or 0400, go workout and stuff. And it's rough, first thing to do is to down my pre-workout (which is vile).

But now.... I no longer take pre-workout.... instead I wake up, nice and calm. Turn on my espresso machine, and turn on the gipsy kings and listen to that calmly while drinking two demitasses of rich italian espresso. (of course creatine mono is drank in a cup of water afterwards) but it's great. I feel charged, and I go workout like a champ. Not to mention I'm happy as ****

More people need to start their day with Gipsy Kings

Guy needs a daily with a backseat...going to see if he's interested in swapping for the Focus. I know Miatas are better and everything but I'd still drive a gen2 MR2 as a daily with no problems. They look awesome.

Gipsy Kings???? 0330?????? Demitasses??? Creatine???????

Who are you DK? We need to be facebook friends. You turn me on.

Typically I wake up at 9, check my email on my phone, go back to sleep. Wake up again at 1130 and kiss my fresh biddy of the week. Or if I am alone then I **********. Then I take some L-Argenine and eat a light lunch, websurf, play some music, do a little business work, work on some art, and go do crossfit around 5pm. If I am at a girl's house typically I take them to lunch. I do preworkout with NO Xplode. I won't get into my evenings.

A brisk walk to the polls and back (it's low 30's outside), then a big piece of warm apple pie. That's a win in my book.
