How (and why) to Ramble on your goat sideways
I had a great picture of me skating a pool, cigg in my hand, carving over the shallow-end stairs, smoke blowing out my nose..... Oh, and I was probably blasting Katy Perry loud enough for the whole park to hear out of my headphones.

There was an older ref who was also a smoker.
We would sit at the bench right on the track that ran around the field at halftime, and have ourselves a smoke break. (Just lit a fresh one as I type this..)
Drove my ranger from the house in Ohio to the new house in Michigan, with a 1600lb trailer. Got a not impressive 13.5mpg. I threw up a little in my mouth when I read it.
I played soccer almost all my life up to my 45th b'day. Mostly city leagues.

I was lucky enough to start lifting on a team when I was in middle school and high school. We started clean&jerk with 5lb bumpers and did that for months before anyone was allowed to go up in weight. Lots of deadlifts, front squats, hang cleans, push-jerks, overhead squat (******), etc..You can seriously make an entire day at the gym just doing lifts to improve your clean&jerk.
DO NOT GO TO A CROSSFIT GYM FOR WEIGHT LIFTING INSTRUCTION. Oh my sweat lord, I cringe everytime I see those videos.

Got me a new truck.
2010 Tacoma, double cab. Fully loaded, with all the toys. Even has a backup camera built into the rear view mirror. 55K, which is kinda high for the year, but I don't put a lot of miles on, so it'll be fine. Color is green; called "Timberland Mica". New tires and brakes all around. V6 and 5 speed auto, with 4WD. Has both the SR5 and TRD packages.
I pick it up at 5PM tonight. Good bye and good riddance to the Jeep.
