We weren't arguing. I just stated that I didn't think they were worth that much because... they don't look, perform, smell or taste like they should, ha ha ha. If you got some decent wiper fluid you could get away without using your wipers, especially at speed.

Torrential Downpour, after dusk, driving down the interstate in the middle of the city, cars everywhere were doing 35mph with flashers on. I didn't even consider flipping on my windshield wipers.

Been there so many times it isn't even funny. I have no idea why more people don't take advantage of this technology when it is so inexpensive and easy to obtain. Interstate highway at 60-70 mph in a heavy, blowing rain and I don't even use my wipers and I can see much better than the dopes who have their wipers running wide open.

Most people only think about their wipers when it is raining and the air pressure in their spare when a tire is flat.

Word. But nothing beats Rain-X on the inside. Do you use bar or liquid? I generally use my Mother's bar but since I put the polycarbonate in I haven't been able to find one that doesn't scratch it or leave swirls/streaks.

As do I with Meguiar's Cleaner Wax. On the inside and out. Works better and lasts longer than Rain-X.
