What, just take a tablespoon of it or something? When I was a kid, I loved to consume pure honey...

Challenge of the day- How long can I play Nyan Cat openly at my cube before someone comes over and tell me to turn it off?

Yeah, I just take a spoonful of it every day. If you've never had raw unfiltered wildflower honey, there's no comparing it to the processed crap that you normally get, either...way more flavorful.

Seriously, my allergies are bad enough that I got weekly shots for most of my childhood. As an adult I've "managed" without shots but that meant suffering like I had a bad cold for 4-5 months out of the year, taking who knows how much medication to suppress the symptoms, and generally feeling like crap.

I started the honey treatment 2-3 weeks ago, right before the pollen started coming down in yellow waves. I wake up with a good bit of nasal drainage in the morning, but for the rest of the day I feel pretty much normal. My sinuses aren't blocked and inflamed, my face doesn't hurt, my eyes aren't red and puffy and irritated...I know this is extremely anecdotal, but there is seriously no comparison to how I felt before.

Give it a shot, the worst thing that happens is you end up with half a bottle of nice honey. Make sure you find some that was collected locally, though, and it needs to be raw and unfiltered.

Cleaned up and polished for the nice weather and hopefully a shitton of jobs this spring.

We put a new 200' cable on the boom Wednesday. We went from an 11k lb breaking point to a 27k lb breaking point.

Now I don't have to worry about the cable snapping anymore like it randomly has in the past. Once while I was guiding a full bundle of ------- rebar! Would've lost my legs if it hit me.

I shall give this a shot. I'm sure I can find local stuff around here pretty easily. Thanks!

I have no known allergies. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one.

Is there anyone else on here with superior genetics?

Depends. Is it the original, the heavy metal version, the jazz version, the lounge version, the big band version, the dubstep version...?

I'm also not allergic to anything, not really anyway. I do on occasion when the pollen is REALLY bad, get a bit of eye watering and nasal drainage, but it has to be coming down in literal clouds. I have superior genetics.

That is genus. Maybe I'm over thinking this but maybe it works like a vaccine, exposing your body to a small amount of pollen and letting your body develop something like antibodies.

I don't have allergies that I'm aware of

and my semen is magnetorheological. I think it's because of my iron surgations.

Just found a Rolex in a box I've been waiting to sift through for months. I knew the watch was in there, but I had no idea it was a ------- Rolex!

Looks like it's price range is anywhere from $400-$1000ish. I'm debating taking it to have it cleaned and looked at or just selling it as is.

Not my taste so keeping it is a negative.

Make sure you take it to a Rolex dealer so they can verify its authenticity.

That is the idea behind the raw honey. It works best if you are buying local honey from what I've been told.

Yeah for sure. I'm going to take it by one of the jewelers this weekend and see what they say.

Looks like it has potential to be worth upwards of $1500 in its current condition. Cleaned up and authenticated with a possible appraisal would only help.

Yeah, the market for Rolexes has softened a bit just like any other high-end luxury item, but it's still a Rolex...the market never softens that much.

Just be careful if you go to an official Rolex dealer and they suggest that you send it in to Rolex for servicing...that can cost quite a bit.
