Oscar, I think your issue is that you're gay.
Besides that. I can do the 1200 or so to get the clutch and never worry about getting a new one. Ever. I can sell off my current fidanza and be set for whatever I throw at it

Getting a hold of someone down at the Reno NV greyhound station is like calling the inbound shipment department of a home hobby and craft store.

Is this a common expression in northern Nevada?

As in "Like shooting fish in a barrel" or "like a one-legged man at an ***-kicking contest"?

"Like calling the inbound shipment department of a home hobby and craft store."

I've not heard that one before, though admittedly I have only been to Reno once, when we built the new studios for Americom radio. My recollection is that it was cold and there were prostitutes. I don't think I had a chance to really check out the hobby and craft scene. (Unless "hobby and craft store" is a euphemism for prostitute, and "inbound shipping department" is a euphemism for pimp, in which case I can totally understand where you're coming from.)

As in "one-legged man at an ***-kicking contest" type expression; I made it up because no one gets into home crafts in reno (because alcohol, nudies, gambling, snowboarding, muscle cars, guns and prostitutes), so the stores are always dead, no customer under the age of 50, and restocking isnt an issue.

So, does that mean that calling the inbound shipment department of a home hobby and craft store is an easy thing or a hard thing?

Forgive my ignorance here- I've also never tried paging somebody at the Reno NV greyhound station, so I have no basis for comparison on either side of the issue. Admittedly, I also have two legs and have never discharged a firearm into a barrel full of fish, but those both rely upon imagery that is fairly intuitive, or at least seemingly so. For all I know, it could be insanely difficult to accurately land a shot in a fish that's swimming around inside a barrel, but our instinctive perception, in general, is that it would probably be easier than trying to shoot a fish that's swimming around in an olympic-sized pool, or in the middle of the North Atlantic, etc.

I'm debating whether I want to reverse your infraction and risk getting into an infraction-war with the person who infracted you, who shall remain nameless.

You got twenty bucks?

Megasquirt related but not miata so I figured id drop it in here and at the very least talk to myself.

I have an end user who will not have a laptop hooked up ever (this is palm beach, the only finger they lift is the one to call you repeatedly..) so I wanted some easy way to inform the user the MS is not the source of their no start situation ect. I have to build this tach circuit in a separate box already for the car already:

could I connect the cathode of an LED before each 1n4004, so that each spark channel (3 in this case) would blink the LED during cranking and confirm the MS has RPM and functioning. The dash tach would confirm the same thing but for a non-technical person the good old idiot light seems to provide a more positive? diagnosis.

I really hope you do not have any sort of access to sensitive intelligence information.

Carbon-ceramic brake rotors for bicycles: Found: Kettle Cycles’ 40g SICCC Carbon Ceramic Disc Brake Rotors! - Bike Rumor

I may not be able to afford a car with them, but dammit, I'll have them on my mountain bike!

Maybe I am applying false assumptions. Does your female cousin who is an FBI field agent tell everyone that is her profession if asked? For example, if she is at a bar and someone says, "So, what do you do for a living?" she replies, "I'm an FBI agent."
