In theory no... It is public knowledge if it has ever been reported to any entity. Even your SSN is public knowledge...

Just for reference, his name is Eli Peraza, his home address is 143 NW 58th Court, Miami FL, 33126, his work address (which I think may just be a mail drop) is 1 N.E. 1st Street Suite B16, Miami FL, 33132, and the two numbers I have for him are (305) 643-9447 and (305) 960-2249. He graduated from South Miami High School in 1993 (which would make him about 35 today). He is somehow related to Thier Alberto Peraza, however I'm not certain of the relationship. (Could just be an alias.)
