Default First World Home Stereo Problems

Just figured out why my stereo keeps cutting out when I crank the volume. CD player skips when the floor shakes (need to fix that).

I just saw another pair of these on Craigslist in Michigan... for $800. I think they'd play nice with the pair already in my living room...

Love the old horn speakers, but I am a Klipsch man.
Someday I'll have a room big enough to go back to Khorns and tubes!

They're 30-odd years old... Do I need a pair of these?
