funny, i forgot i made this thread. amazing what 6 concussions will do to you after a while lol. Guess what! Hes selling again! http://www.clubroadster.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21227

This was what he scrwed rleete out of i think. And hes selling them again. He lives in Mississippi but he was in the process of moving when this whole thing happened. Im now curious about something though. I sold the head for cheap to another forum member who i found out latter is friends with Noah. He dissapeard from cr.net after i sold him the head. I wonder if noah got the head back. Either way, i never got my money back or even a penny from noah. I was going to leave that site after the whole thing happened and the mods didnt do anything over it. Then Tim Allen called me and we had a nice chat. He said he was going to implement some things and as of now, i havent seen them....now im here and most likey am going to be spending alot more time in this place.

I bought one of those gauge panels from him....

I was talking to Kyle (one of the mods) this weekend and he said noah sent him some ITBs that were of questionable integrity...said all the screws on the butterflys were stripped, a few other issues that he was weary of.

Ya know, it's just a few bad apples. The vast majority of the Miata crowd is stand up guys. The kind that will help you out in a bind, and not screw you over a few bucks. These cases are exceptional, and so we have threads on them. You never (or rarely) see threads about how sombody ships his stuff fast, or that this other guy always sends a tracking number, or that guy always make sure everything is packaged well.

Leatherface, you case is far from the norm. I got the impression back then (purely my own take on it) that the head was purposely not packaged very well, with the intention that it would be damaged in shipment, and you'd make the claim and never discover the problems. Why you didn't file a claim was never clear to me.

Braineack, I considered trying to buy one of those panels, and request a discount of what he owed me. But I thought it might be throwing good money after bad.

Leatherface, you should just stop posting on that joke of a forum all together, don't bother supporting it.

.....if that ****** ripped me off $2000,I would take a road trip and break his ******* arms & legs.
I got robbed recently of nearly $500 from a 'sponser' (now an ex sponser) on CR.net, he's still there.
The mods are taking money from these guys so I guess their 'in on it'.
Credit Card company will go after him, and them, but I myself would prefer to crack some skulls....pity I'm in Ireland.

I know he destroyed that box and wanted me to make a claim. He did the same thing to a guy in greece who bought the jenvy itbs. It really really pissed me off that he really did get away with it.

i never filed the claim because the damage that was done had nothing to do with the shipping. It was with the shitty port job and the torn up cam straps that the dick head lied about. Fed ex would not have refunded me for that.

the problem is that this happened so long ago, i think the only way to get the guy back is for someone else to rip him off royally and then give me some of the proceeds lol. i have a problem with being too honest though so i couldnt really run the opperation hahahah j/k

hahaha i cant say too much bad about cr.net. there are some cool people on there (that are on here as welll). i mean geez, my cars on the portal there so i cant be hypocritical. Tim had mentioned to me that after the switch is made to V bulletin, that he'd do something very worth while to quell the noah crap and the FS section layout. im giving him the benefit of the doubt until then. although if nothing changes there, im gone from there for good.

If it does happen it will require heavy use of the banstick, but I have faith in our mods to keep things tidy.
