Default insurance and non-airbag wheels?

Ok my car came with the run of the mill knock off mazda speed d cut steering wheel, and of course I dont have an airbag on the car. How do the rest of you with no airbags treat this insurance wise? Do you tell them you don't have an airbag or purchased it non-working? I know the airbag seat belts have a relief that is sewn in. What are my alternatives to getting a proper stock seatbelt or at least fix my current belt? I hope I dont have to put on that huge school bus factory wheel

If you don't say anything to the insurance company then how would they know?

I removed all the airbag **** and put in a new steering wheel myself, but I didnt feel the need to tell anyone. Why would you tell them?

well I haven't and id rather not but, if I ever get in a wreck they might try to deny coverage due to the air bag not being there.

Chances are the adjuster would be too stupid to notice/care. At any rate, I've NEVER heard of an insurance company denying a claim for a car with no airbag.
