Not at all.
Too similar to a pair I've got that collect dust 98.7% of the time.

I prefer a nice Chukka or dress boot, with a plain toe. You can wear it more places.

I have also had my share of Eccos. Styles have gone weird.

Of course I have been wearing these pretty constantly, in various colors, for the last few years:

^ great shoes for driving.

Allen Edmonds are pretty comfy, I have a pair in suede that I can wear all day. Cole Haan makes some REALLY nice comfy wingtips too. For pure dress/work I like Magnanni because you can usually find them at Nordstrom rack!

Actually the Tigers are probably my most dangerous shoes for driving. the heel rubber snags on the carpet / rubber pad and prevents me from taking my foot off the pedals. bad news.

Cole Haan... ******* Lunargrand soles ruin all their shoes. If I wanted to buy a nike free, I'd buy a nike free.

Pretty sure I got married in these shoes. They're currently collecting dust upstairs.

I'm all about cheap shoes from Ross or Burlington coat factory. I really like Rockports. They wear out quick but they're super light and great for impact absorption which is critical for me.

My current professional duties do not require fancy footwear. I pretty much live in Keens now.

I have short but very wide feet. 9 to 9-1/2, but super extra wide. As in, EEE doesn't always cut it. So, I have to go to the next size up to get them to fit. Hence, I wear whatever is on sale at Famous Footwear or the like. Dockers are the semi-dress shoe of choice these days, as I can actually get my feet into them.

^^^ This.

Slip-ons for the most part. Too lazy to tie laces.

and by normal I mean someone that doesn't make >mil/year or considers their GT3RS a daily beater.

I see Allen Edmonds all the time for 125 at my local nordstrom rack, figured they were like 300 retail... 500?? no way! Shoes are one thing that you spend a lot of time in, so why not have the nice ones?
