either these druggies have some new technology that I don't understand, or else msnbc left out the part about it being a diesel/electric hybrid

edit: nevermind. it's diesel/electric per the subtitle and picture caption. no mention of it in the actual text though

Why can't they ever publish good photo's of these things?
I'd like to see what they really found.

From that picture, it doesn't look like much of a shipyard.
