Suspended license+exam+bitch=fail
So a couple of years ago I got my license suspended and I kept driving with no problems. So finally I was able to get my license back so I rushed to the DMV and they tell me I need a 8hr class aboutsafety driving( this is a new law required for new drivers and suspended as well) so $100 later after taking my class I go to the DMV pay $40 for my written test( I passed with flying colors) then they tell me there's a 2 month ******* wait to take my road test! I wanted to kill my self. 2 months go by and I go to the DMV take my road test ( yesterday) and I failed! For driving 30mph on a 35! Are you ******* kidding me! WTF! 5 miles under and I failed? I drove slow because it was test not cause I like to. Motherfucking bitch now I have to pay another $40 and wait a month to retake the test. I hate my life

You didn't receive any paperwork from the traffic court? If you got a ticket, then you had a court date. Which you missed. So there would be a warrant issued. These things generate paperwork. You would have received warning of pending suspension and of active suspension. More paperwork.
2 years for missing a $30 parking ticket?
There's much more to it that you're not tellin.

Are you sure?
Normally, I'd have expected the DMV to send a notice to your insurance company informing them of such an event as license suspension.
Of course, I'd have expected them to send something to you as well... And the clerk of courts. (edit: Ben beat me there.)
Your didn't do anything untoward, such as putting down "1060 W. Addison St." on your previous license renewal, did you?

My license address was still my cousins old address(that's where I lived when I moved from cali for a few months) he moved to north carolina. So I got no lappet work or nothing at all. I was flipping **** when this happened but they were basacly not believing me. Specially for a stupid parking ticket for $30

And the only reason it was suspended for that long was because I had no clue it was suspended as soon as ifound out I went to court and it got resolved but still had to retake everything

Btw I'm not complaining about the suspended license since it was my fault for not changing my address, I'm just complaining about failing for going 5 miles under speed limit. I didn't know I couldn't do that

Usually that only happens the other way around...lose the ins. and they report to the DMVS to suspend your license. Happened to me. But here in GA, they didn't suspend my license, they suspended my registration. Long story i'll tell next time I get drunk. I doubt if you had your license suspended for a non-moving violation, the ins. company would really refusal of payments lol..they're such greedy bastards.

CT ain't that bad...I got pulled over a few months back in the miata for doing 75ish in a 40 and only got handed a $75 slap on the wrist...and this was while I had no front bumper on, no front plate, and half the exhaust on. Maybe it was my dog sitting in the passenger seat that got me outta that one lol .
PS- I happily paid the ticket....

Did you get it in writing that the reason was going less than the speed limit? If so, I would go to her supervisor with the question "If the 'Do not exceed under penalty of law' speed is 35, what is the legal minimum speed?" Then I would look at the state codes and find out what the key words are in your state that resemble taking "reasonable care" and using "proper speed for conditions." And I would ask why being cautious, after the 8 hour training class had talked so much about it, was such a bad thing.
But that's just me...

Yes it's in writting. It says going 5mph under speed limit and a check mark on fail. I tryed looking at the drivers manual but I can't seem to find anything saying under speed limit. I know in the highway you can't go 10mph under speed limit but on the street? And the funny thing was that I passed an old lady while doing 30 lol
