I love my job. I spent more than 25 years bouncing around as a contract worker, and I finally found a place that's a perfect fit. I plan on being here for another 15-20 years.

I was at my last job for 2.75 years. Longest I was anywhere ever.

They gave me a 5% raise at year 2. I left. *** you.

Same here, almost at the 3 year mark and thinking its time to bail. Work is mundane, no growth opportunities or promotions and they don't believe in pay for performance so the increases are non existent.

The intent of this thread was not to discuss my work situation. I just saw a funny meme on the site captioned in the pic and thought id post it, I am sure it applies to a few people.
