I can't stand Dickless Cage either. Here are some military acting jobs I like; (not entirely acting for Ermey.) Been watching these while waiting to leave for Marine boot camp...

Mr. Walken (Captain Koons, USAF)

Mr. Nicholson. (Colonel Jessup, USMC)

Really? Cage worse than Keanu Reeves? Cage worse than that guy who they tried to play off as a high school student in F&F Tokyo Drift? Cage isn't what I'd call great though....

The Original 1974 Gone in 60 seconds is AWESOME. I recommend it. The cars they have to steal is 10000000000 times better then the car list in the 2000 movie version. I have the original on DVD. A polish guy made the movie too. =) The guy directed, produced, and starred in the movie. I'd suggest the movie for anyone on this site. The final chase scene is about 45 minutes of pure carnage and some awesome driving. No special effects in that bitch. Just straight up driving/ wrecking. He even goes into a real Cadillac dealer and smashes some new cars (his buddy was the owner and had no idea he was going to smash the cars).

That would H.B. Halicki - the "Car Crash King". Holds numerous records still to this day with his movie carnage.
He has several other movies out there, that not too many are familiar with. Going to dust them off now...

I liked him in The Family Man...I guess that's really it. Even that movie had its times though.

Cage is the same character in every movie. And he's never believable.

How about one of the all time great movies, Raising Arizona. Cage deserved the oscar.

EDIT: Crap. Didn't see Mgeo beat me to RA. Absolutely great movie that deserves a second mention though.

Keanu while acts in monotone, and is equally unbelievable most of the time, at least has been in a few movies I at least could tolerate. Speed 3 (The Lake House) was actually a decent film, I know there are others, but they were too underwhelming to recall.

Anybody else notice that Cage always looks really confused, and like he either has no idea what is going on, or didn't read the script very well and has forgotten most of his lines. Especially when someone is talking to him. The ONLY film I will give him credit for being decent in, which has been years since I have seen, and may have been supporting actors that made me like it, is The Rock. Connery may have masked Cage's suckiness.

I'd like to see Cage and John Malkovich in a wet paper bag match. 1st one to act his way out of it wins.
