Default Oh. My. God. V10 E30 M3 Build = Pure Sex

I wants.

The ultimate E30 M3 - BMWCCA Pugetsound Chapter BB

I didn't really cream my pants until the pic of the finished passenger side shock tower. And the finished fab'ed transmission tunnel, not to mention the rear "seat" area, build table, exhaust, engine subframe, roll cage, fenders, airboxes, oil cooler, dash, pedal setup, and the rest of the shop. Yeah, that's pretty much all that made me cream my pants.

Unfriggin' real.

"V10 in a box"....that's so rad it's not even funny.

Amazing fab work (that exhaust is pure sex), in a familiar, gorgeous package.

That has to be an absolute blast!

Is it odd that it's the dash panel that I'm most impressed by? Needs more pictures of that objet d'art.

Well at least you kept my OMG, that was the important part of my title.

It's linked in keith's v8 MG build, I think there's another link, possibly with more interior pictures, never looked at it though.

I'm seriously considering trading the miata for an E30 4 door again. there are no other cars that fit four adults and weigh as little and posess so much awesome as the E30.

Don't get me wrong I love all E30's, but it is the E30 M3 with is subtle, yet aggressive body lines that really turn me on to it. The car makes no power in comparison to todays performance cars, but in most enthusiasts minds, it is the epitome of what a sports car should be. It is light, agile, and uber responsive. It's like a miata, but better.

I have been toying with buying one of these for the past year and now it is between that or an LS1 swap in my car. Still leaning towards LS1 because I love projects.

Builds like that make me feel really good. Sometimes I think I am dumping much too much money into my car, and then I see something like that, and it puts things into an agreeable perspective. Makes me feel all warm inside.

That V10 is a beautiful motor. I love how it has minimalized cylinder cases and relatively huge heads. It looks more like a bike motor than a car motor.

One of my buddies is an e30 nut. His racecar is a stripped e30 M3, he has pro3 racecar soon to be complete and his daily is a 4dr 325is.

I'm saving my pennies for a 318 to trade out our integra for. Then turbo =P

You reckon it's billet? I figured they just did an awesome job of stamping and forming some sheet metal.
