not real.
the bodies were all in places that were highly visible, ie outside the vehicle, instead of crushed inside the vehicle.
not enough blood n guts.
there's a 2nd cameraman visible near the end.
the people behind the camera don't render aid of any kind to the dude who's moving.

It looked pretty real to me. You would be amazed how little blood people leak in horrific accidents. (Or how much is absorbed into the pavement.) I used to be a volunteer firefighter, and I have responded to a few accidents like that. Usually its just people standing around not doing anything trying to tell you what they think happened, when you are trying to see who is alive, and who needs immediate help. Odds are though the person who survives the accident is the Drunk person who caused it.

wow, hard to tell, but its in eastern europe, people over there usually tend to help in cases like this...i used to live near a busy highway so i've seen lots of wrecks and people always helped...
i think its fake, its gotta be, maybe used to warn young people not to drive fast, eastern european streets/highways suck *** and area very dangerous

What would the average person do? Most of them don't know how to even properly begin to give first aid, much less deal with trauma of that magnitude. Not much to be done there till the meat wagon comes. Moving them risks further damage, unlikely that CPR is gonna help anyone who's already dead in that accident.
So would you have set up an onsite trauma hospital. Certainly I would have pulled over to see what I could do, but honestly I would probably do more harm than good. Best thing I could do is get on the cell phone and get people who know what they are doing out there.

i personally always stop and try to help if i see a broken car on the side of the road or worse - an accident of any kind
