well the cable is just a cable its the frequency sent from the speed sensor to the cluster through the cable.

Im thinking of changing the voltages in the cluster when it converts the frequency to a voltage, but im guessing thats digital....

Make your own sprocket and photogate (like a crank trigger or whatever it's called, but put it on one of the wheels) to send the right frequency?

I'd just figure out and memorize actual speeds for some common speeds.

Haha I'm only in my first year and I was studying all day for finals and I'm in Manufacturing Engineering. That's all the excuses I could think of.:gay:
