Its fantastic because half the isht that normally breaks on a track car doesn't on a street car.

You do not need to do it right now. Also explain to me why you need ducting and an oil cooler for the street?

VVT engine is going in on 10/7...well, that's when it starts. I'm taking the week off to get this **** done, then maybe a road trip to visit all of your mothers.

Don't turbo it. Sell off the parts and focus on the track car completely/getting out of debt. Spend a little on track days/pay down debt and be happier than you would be with a turbo street car. If I where you, I would drop the VVT motor in the daily, tune it, and call it at that.
