What was it about? I see eBay's name there.

That reminds me. I need to fill out the form for the UPS class action lawsuit. ************* putting additional charges on customer's cards without authorization. They do the **** even when the dimensions are SPOT ON. I've had to call up and argue so many times over it. Maybe I'll luck out and get a dollar or two back. Just so long as they lose millions I'm happy.

EDIT: I just googled it and found a thread on eBay about it. One guy said he received $834.39!! Big difference from what you guys got. lol

From http://www.ebaymotorsfeeclassaction.com/

If you paid Final Value Fees for selling items in the vehicle-related Parts and Accessories categories on eBay Motors between April 21, 2005, and August 26, 2009, you should have received a formal legal notice by email or postal mail. If so, and your name mail address is correct, you will be entitled to a partial refund of those fees (net of any previous refunds) under a settlement agreement if it is approved as described below.

The settlement relates to the Lawsuit, which is a class action alleging that eBay charged the incorrect amount of Final Value Fees for the sale of Parts and Accessories in the time period above.
Details about the Lawsuit can be found on the Court Documents page of this site: Court Documents Page. The following summarizes how a proposed settlement of the Lawsuit may affect you.

Went and saw Corey Smith at Billy Bobs a while back, one of the best shows Ive ever seen.

Played two songs called "I love black people" and "drugs." They were hilarious.

Corey Smith is great. Everybody blasts his music up at the lake every summer. He is one of the most successful unsigned artists of all time. He just refuses to sign a big corporate record deal because all of the contracts he has been offered take away his rights to his own music. I've seen him live three times. Every time the crowd is bigger and the venue is larger.

Here's a good one. I guess the pics are somebody's Spring Break collage. I like songs that tell a story:

*Corvette crashing video*

Typical dumbass Corvette owner...putz like a bitch when the steering wheels is required but as soon as there is 20ft of staight road, punch it like a mother ****** thinking that all will hail your stock Corvette glory and that you are a driving God....until you realize you are not and your **** is now totaled.

Watching that loop (lol@bananananananana), I can see what happened. He came out of the right hander with the rear slightly breaking loose. I suspect he felt this as he straightened up and suddenly lifted, which restored grip in the form of snap oversteer....to which the ****** didn't attempt to countersteer....hell, I wonder if he even attempted to use the brakes. What a **** driver.

That's why autocross courses shouldn't have curbs. An autox is a place where you can scew up w/out any repercussions other then a bruised ego. Ya gotta learn somewhere.

I remember the 1st time I down-shifted while going around a corner w/out rev matching. It was a mistake, this guys mistake was just a bit bigger.

The flailing arm makes me want to rush out and buy arm restraints... Nasty accident! :/

That's why I have always worn arm restraints. I have the loops sewn into my suit, that why I don't have to slide them on everytime. I've been upside 3 times, the first time looked like that wreck, the only time I couldn't keeP my grip on the belts and relied on the arm restraints... Scary stuff

Wow, that's all I need to see to convince me that arm restraints are critical. had to watch it twice but his arm is just flailing out there. Eeek.

And random video. Music is crap, and text is in Spanish, but it's the world's smallest V-12 so that counts for something. Pretty effing cool.
