That all our prison systems are and have ever been. Graduate schools for criminals. They go in, learn new ----, get stronger and more organized, then get out and are twice as bad. I've watched my piece of ---- uncle go in and out of prison for as long as I have been alive, and every time he gets out, he is exactly as I said above. Prison is too soft.

I had that shit drilled and carved into my brain. 5 years after my last competition and every rep is done as if there is a judge watching me.
Didnt focus on the pause however was slow down and slow up. 1" or so off my chest.

Or more technically, an engine. Then again I have heard rocket motor more than engine. Who the hell knows on the engine vs motor debate anymore... I thought a motor was an electrical device that turns electrical energy into mechanical energy...?

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, a space shuttle main engine is moved from the Space Shuttle Main Engine Processing Facility to Orbiter Processing Facility Bay 3 next door. There, it will be installed in space shuttle Discovery during processing for the shuttle's STS-131 mission to the International Space Station. The seven-member STS-131 crew will deliver a Multi-Purpose Logistics Module filled with resupply stowage platforms and racks to be transferred to locations around the station. Three spacewalks will include work to attach a spare ammonia tank assembly to the station's exterior and return a European experiment from outside the station's Columbus module. Discovery's launch, targeted for March 18, 2010, will initiate the 33rd shuttle mission to the station. For information on the STS-131 mission and crew, visit NASA - Shuttle Main - STS 131. You sir, have the worst camera mount in the history of man.
That looks pleasant. My feet aren't as big, I'm usually in a 11.5/12 depending on the brand but I need the widest thing possible. Failure to do so causes extreme pain in my entire foot. Cant wear most bowling shoes, and absolutely no skate fits without misery...
