I can't quite deduce the meaning of this sentence; It doesn't contain a verb.
Is this meant to imply that in the 21st century it will be possible for police to apprehend a suspect via the world wide web, much as it was possible to arrest someone over the telephone during the 20th century, or via the US Mail in the 19th?
Because that didn't work.

Joe when there is not a lot of cash left, and the general population isnt yet into cryptocurrency, they will be able to shut regular individuals down just by turning their money off.

The US Government has had the ability to freeze access to bank accounts and investment instruments since well prior to the advent of debit cards and PayPal. And as a general rule, the supply of "money" has been disassociated from the supply of "cash" since the mid 1600s (it's called fractional-reserve banking), and the ratio of this decoupling continues to increase.
Neither the advent of e-commerce, nor that of cryptocurrency, has any bearing whatsoever on this phenomenon.
Braineack and JasonC occasionally post examples of his power being abused at an administrative level, but for the most part, there's really nothing new happening in the relationship between police and money. If anything recent trends have tended to bring illicit users of cryptocurrency under enhanced scrutiny by law enforcement, rather than shielding them from it.

If that abduction prank got tried on Ms Mobius there would be an unholy ***-whupping of some man-children going on. Hopefully that woman dumped his loser ***. I can't even comprehend doing that to a significant other.

Here is a vegan tofu spread which I saw at a local market. It's produced in Brooklyn, so you know it's gotta be good.
(Hell, according to the description it's better than cream cheese, and that's a tall order in a city known around the world for its bagels.)
Note the Nutrition Facts portion of the label. See anything there which maybe says something about the quality of the public schools in that area?
Also, this mock-terrorist stuff is annoying as hell. Every now and then, some dumbass kid will deliberately leave a "suspicious-looking box" lying around next to a phone booth or in a subway station, and they wind up shutting down a whole block for hours. If I ever saw someone doing this, I'd shove him onto the tracks without a second thought.

Speaking of New York bagels.
We have a bunch of these things around Michigan, and they seem to be pretty popular. But totally not affiliated with a New York "style" bagel whatever that may be. Just using the name to make you think there is some sort of connection I guess.
