After watching Emilio's 94r track vid, I think I need to move the wheel closer to me. This will help me lean back and relax my head/neck, drop my elbows, and relax in general. I'm too wired out there.

Maybe I need to do some exercises for steerwheel action? Any thoughts on what to do? My latissimus dorsi are huge but I think I need to focus on the teres major/minor, infraspinitus fascia, and serratus posterior. Thoughts?

Without lifting your scapula off the seat, place the tips of your ulnar and radius on the top of the steering wheel. You should have full flexion of the flexor carpi radialis. If not, get ready to smash your patellar.
