That corn/blister on my foot was/is absolutely excruciating painful. My job is pretty much running around on jagged brick for 8 hours at a time; I would have settled for anal rape death.
Lose the gloves, 2" above chest for 2 full seconds or have a friend count you off, have some one watch your arch and D/Q you if you have more than a 3" gap between the bench and the top of your arch, have someone D/Q you if a foot comes off the ground or both heels leave the ground (should not be an issue if you're already over 300lbs), the person who counts you off should check your elbows for lock out and check the time between each arm if you lock out unevenly and D/Q you, have some one count you off for a rack after lock out.
90% of the people I talk to about this usually give the same story, "Ahh fuck dis rules shit brah, I just want to get heavy *****, na meen?" A lot of people would rather have ill form than drop weight. Makes me sad Panda.
It's seriously the best way to get the absolute most out of every rep and keep it safe at the same time.

Here's what we did today:
MSpnp 1.6 with an intake, awesome header, EV14 injectors, and 2.5" exhaust
Stock 99 with a header and exhaust on MS2:
2001 10:1 compression VVT engine with the VVT unplugged, 3", China-2554, on Ms2 (significant detonation limit:
Every one of these cars is currently pulling ~2-4* of spark due to the 120*f+ intake air temps from the 104*f heat. Give us some 90* or cooler air and these cars will dyno much higher.

Too bad, it was amazing how smooth everything went. I don't know how they can have so much collaboration, so many variables and theory, yet still be able to pull something like this off.
Mars Science Laboratory: Raw Images
I wasn't able to get the imagery, but it should show up there soon. You can also visit the NASA facebook page to see it.
