Good idea for a thread. What do you wish you could unsee?

Near the top of my list would be the curb-stomp scene from American History X.

BTW Joe, how did you happen to come by a picture of your sisters lungs in a bowl?

The mouse.

Honestly, that one didn't bother me. In fact, I can't recall any scene in any film that actually got under my skin, regardless of genre. I'll admit to shedding a tear or two every now, but in terms of being grossed out or otherwise "disturbed", it usually just doesn't happen for me.

I hate to be a party pooper, but the mouse isn't really "swimming" away. He's doing the same thing he would do if he was ripped apart in a cage, (flailing or convulsing), only he's floating upwards. Although it looks as if he's still trying, its really just happening on its own I guess you can say.

All my years working with fish and reptiles made me immune to that kind of scene. I guess I came to realize that its just how its done with these guys. They ******* tear their food apart, and their food usually happens to be something alive.

Once I dropped a couple giant albino frogs into a monitor tank and I watched them get torn to pieces. I'm talking blood thrown all the **** over the glass and limbs torn from the torso. For the record the frogs were already on the way out and would have died within a day if I left them be. It was time to feed the monitors, and this just seemed like the best idea.

I wish that youtube was around back then. It would have given me a reason to post videos that people probably would have loved to watch. I had some of the coolest reptiles you can get in the store for weeks at a time with an unlimited supply of food at my disposal. Unfortunately I never had a bad *** turtle like that one though.

I don't know if it was some kind of torture thing, weird sex thing, or medical procedure but I saw a ***** with a finger sized spring inserted in the hole (holding it open) with maggots climbing out. I wish I could scrub my mind of that.

You can hit me with all the facts and truth you want. I saw what looked like a half a mouse swimming desperately (and consciously) away from a snapping turtle, and that's what's stuck in my head now.

I feel as though I'd be remiss if I failed to ask what the hell you were doing / searching for on the internet that resulted in you looking at a picture of a ***** with maggots crawling out of it.

Ok, back to the pictures. One of the things that I most love about flying through small airports such as RSW is that you get to see **** like this:

That's not a private airplane, or even a charter. It's a regular, scheduled-service aircraft operated by Cape Air, which is a codeshare partner with Continental, JetBlue, and American. (IOW, they're a "real" airline.) They operate 62 of these Cessna 402s,

I read a "whatever you do, don't click on the link unless you want to puke" thread because I was curious. I knew I wasn't going to click on it but I wanted to see what people were saying the link was. Well, someone posted one of the pictures in the thread so I saw it by mistake. I thought about giving myself a DIY Lobotomy but maybe after a few decades the image will fade from my mind.

With all the talk about gross ****, I'm surprised this has not been posted yet:

***DO NOT CLICK UNLESS YOU THINK YOU CAN HANG WITH ME***
***DO NOT CLICK UNLESS YOU THINK YOU CAN HANG WITH ME***

Yes, as terrible as that is. I can make it all the way through without gagging or wanted to close the window. Can you do the same?
