Default the reason why seized suspensions are bad

my bushings were siezed up on that car. that picture shows just how little your suspension moves with heavy wheels and bad bushings and possibly bad shocks. that is the reason why alot of the stock miatas out there have poor ride quality. just thought i would post a pic that shows just how bad it is.

I hear ya... the poly bushings improved my ride as much or more than the new shocks.

good to hear, i took the poly bushing route on the new project... still on cinder blocks, but we'll see.
