Default SCCA Nationals: Anyone here make it?

Went out for a bit of the Nationals at Heartland Park in Topeka KS today.. Saw tons and tons of miatas, 2000s, and open wheeled goodness all over the place. Cursed myself for not taking my camera.

Saw some hella fast times on the track...

I was there in my E-stock R package. Dropped a position from last year, but I guess 2nd is still pretty good right?

I watched DS run. A bunch of Canadians did real well in that class as well as AS. Yeah that was a haul for him, only about 650 miles for me.

A guy from Winnipeg took 2nd in DS. Someone else from Winnipeg did well in AS, and there was last year's CSP winner from Calgary running AMOD. Not too bad considering the short season we have.

Most regions in Canada have now switched to SCCA car prep rules, so I'd expect more Canadian entries in the coming years.
