Default To paint or not to paint

Should I paint the subframes black or silver. Here it sits freshly glass beaded.

I wanted to make a polling thread, but that didn't work.

Black. Unless you are disciplined enough to keep it clean. Even then, black.

You've painted everything else on the car white besides the control arms. Correct your mistake and use white here as well lol.

Seriously though: black

Powder would be nice, but I don't feel like paying for it. My cost for a quart of POR15 is like 23 bucks so that's what I'm gonna use.

I used POR15 and it's the only thing I pained on my car that looks exactly the same as when I just painted it.
Just don't get it on your skin unless you like to have temporary tattoos (it'll wash off in a month)

Also, details on pressing out the upper ball joint?

The uppers were pressed out because they were sloppy in the socket. I'm going to use V8 Roadsters upper balljoints to replace them. I figure 150 for two balljoints is a lot better than 300 or whatever they are for each control arm.

In all seriousness, POR15 is some bad *** stuff.

Tractor Supply used to carry their own house brand of it in farm equipment appropriate colors, too, btw. In case you really like Allis-Chalmers orange.
