Default Shop using my car to sell goods

This cheeky Bodykit supplier in Germany is using my car 'images' to sell its bodykit.

WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

http://www.import-tuner-shop.com/

Look under:

MX-5

Then:

NA.

Now if they were giving me freebies and supplied the front bumper ...fare enough.

I have emailed the company like 5 times with no reply to remove my car pictures.

The pictures are taken from my cardomain and it has a disclaimer on there specifically not to use any pics without my permission.

what can I do?

Its not fair and not right.

I dont mind traders using images of my car if they have provided free stuff or discounted goods.

At least report it to ebay, although they won't do anything.

Do they have the same copyright laws wherever they are based though mate? Might not be an infringement in thier eyes.

Car does look good in the pics though

Tabs my advice to you is to sign up to as many german & spanish car forums and every other car forum that's had people that bought stuff from them and make a post stating that they are crooks and very shady people to deal with and they ripped you off and will not answer your emails or refund your cash, the worse you bullshit the better.BTW don't tell people that they are using images of your car to sell stuff either, and tell your friends to do the same.

You should also email Import Tuner magazine and tell them they are stealing their name also.

Yeah, but seriously what are you going to do? Hire a lawyer to file an international injunction and lawsuit? You don't have any damages.

<edit>
Hahaha they also stole pictures off of the ebay 13B transplant.
