You know the "WtzPTmUbbYw" at the end of the URL? That is all you put between the YT script. Don't need the rest of the URL.

the dude was caught on video. a lawyer could do a fine job with that. probably invalidate the waiver by calling it "gross negligence"... still wtf. do the tow truck guys sign a waiver saying they can't sue if a driver beats the **** out of them?
