Continuing the saga of Ben's bad ecu.
"07/31/07--customer called today asking where his refund was. We haven't received the rest of the parts that we issued an ARS label on April 12th for (see order # 38819). Customer either deleted the email or it went into his spam file. I told Jeremy to tell the customer to return the parts at his expense; that we will not keep re-issuing ARS labels. trc"
Next: "08/22/07--received most of the parts, but not all. Will charge the customer for the main parts not returned, not the wires or butt connectors. Main parts not returned are: knock sensor mount, intake air temp sensor and cap screw."
Short version? We shipped a used ecu that turned out to be defective. We paid shipping back to us for testing, found it bad and offered refund, along with issuing Return Shipping labels twice. RS labels expire, so when we next heard from Ben three months later, we said he had to ship at his expense. He did, we refunded all his original shipping with exception of $4 for a part that wasn't returned.
I see us being at fault with confusion in our refund policy, which we have now fixed. I would normally never post anything like this to a public forum about a customer, but we have been catching crap for this particular transaction on multiple forums and I feel the need to set the record straight. Ben, we'd still be happy to have you as a customer, my apologies about the check refund and also for sending you the wrong year deal of the day part, which we issued a Return Service label for back on Jan 3rd of this year.

Grow a pair..
Nearly every time vendors compete the consumer benefits.. Quit wanting them to stop you are just shooting yourself in the foot. The competition of the venders is healthy for business whether it's professional or personal..
If you can’t understand this then go back to Econ 101

Okay, let's back this up a bit.
My problem isn't with your message as much as it is in your approach. You've been rude as hell to Stephanie and called her some nasty stuff. I'm not defending Stephanie as much as I am going on the offense towards someone i see as being a complete DICK.
If you can't be more articulate in your manner of calling out people, that shows a lack of effort on your part. I would respect you more if you would at least TRY to not be like that. Honest.

I pretty convinced that your problem with me is that I called her out in the first place, which I never would have even posted if she did post my comment from another thread. No matter what she post, you have no problem with it. You shouldn't be so sensitive.
