Thief can't steal Evo, torches it
Also takes out an Audi RS4. This was in Ireland BTW, which explains all the "****, bloody hell, mate" responses.

We're not allowed have guns here, hard to get a license etc.
I think it's because they don't want us taking over England or something
But yes, we can make our own bombs.
And like any place on the face of this planet we also have scum bags that get a laugh at burning cars if they can't steal them. If they do steal them they usually wreck it - kick all panels in, break all glass/lights, destroy engine etc.
However, most of the time they just burn the car out to a shell when they are finished as it's less hassle to do it that way.
They steal a car and go looking for a chase from the cops, lots of ramming, scrapping off walls.
