I will consider noban when "for" reaches 50 as long as "against" remains at 13 or lower.

Can we all agree that if he's bs'ing he be permabanned?
Or if he doesn't deliver after getting unbanned?
Most kids here are so overwhelmed by their curiosity I think they've lost track of the fact that he's trolled everyone before like 100 times and was completely full of poop.
