Sure looks like blue painters tape to me to protect the front of the car while on the highway.

I don't know where that is, but my guess is that it's on its way home after being picked up at FM.

This. And considering that the FM Summer Camp is starting tomorrow that's probably why it's there. Or like the others said, it's just been picked up.

Superchargers make more power than turbo cars. More reliable too.
