I remember a thread here on miata turbo where we tried to devise a plan to get this exact scenario to happen. we were making fun of some douche on another site.
mouglie has done what we couldn't.

Dunno about 150k miles, but a long lived 300 whp on 94 octane is pretty doable on an unopened motor. At > 250 ft-lbs the trannies get pretty hit or miss. The majority are doing between 200 and 250 whp depending on the quality of the tuning. My miata is at ~240 whp, makes full boost at 2700RPM, and was a bit quicker than my supercharged E36 M3, until I put cams and headwork in the M3 (which went from 280 to est. 320 whp).
Good info :tu: <no thumbs up smiley on this board??? surprised.
Still even 200whp or 250whp on a car at that weight is pretty impressive. Especially if you get to full boost that early. For us the capability of the motor is matched with a few other things, such as the rear diff for one. R200 (read 300ZX non turbo) is a must once you hit the motors upper limits.
As far as what's his name goes, I got no problem letting it go. **** talking is expected. No worries. As far as a little racing goes, how many are from the socal area? Once I get my tubular manifold back and a few hrs to install and a tune I'll be on my way again. Probably be a few weeks though after that.......

NSXprime the one about the child molester dude? What was his name again, that **** was off the hook.
They got his car loan agreement work and his background check and on and on. THAT ****..... was the best ownage I have seen in my life. I've never witnessed such an aggressive group as the NSXprime guys. INSANE. If anyone hasn't read that 30 something page thread...you should lol.
Anyways.... sorry about your motor man, but thanks again for the laugh!!! haha

www.clubsi.com checking in on the latest internet rockstar..
Let me say this, instead of bashing the OP for his mistake...though, I do have to admit, it sounds like a good excuse to justify a buildup to a wife...'honey, it just locked up...I dunno what happened...'
I <8 Miatas. I'm just too physically big to fit in one comfortably.

So how long do you think i'd last if i switched to the 2871 @ 13-14psi tuned? I imagine that should put me very close to 300rwhp.
05TurboS2K - Thank you very much for you easy to read and articulate posts. Don't mind Hustler, he get's all pissy when he doesn't get his daily dose of cack...or at least a facial.
Rmember though, for our smaller cars, we don't really need to have that 500rwhp. At the tune of 350rwhp, things get fast. I'm at 250rwhp @ 11.5psi and can run the **** out of the car all day long (and i have at several track events) and have run even with several high $$/high hp cars on the highway (last one was a SSLK 55 AMG and a 2006 E55 AMG ). I like S2K's myself, but there are a few things i don't like at the same time. But when it all comes down to it, a respectable car is a respectable car.... unless you're Hustler and the world is measured in ***** size Oh and if you ever happen to run any track days at TGP... let me know so i can show ya a little tail light action.

Didn't see that one, thanks and no worries. As for the Car....completely agree man. Always been a fan of em. One thing that sux for the S is trying to throttle out of corners, has a hard time hooking up and if the surface isn't smooth it's even harder. Haha down for what you call "tail light action" and what I call "waiting for your hand out the window for the clean pass"

Don't know his name, perhaps he's on your forum?
Oh, or maybe you know a guido with a yellow s2k who works in atlanta? You know, the guy I gave a couple car lengths and a gear to.
Or perhaps you know the guy who lives up the road from me with a titanium supercharged car. The one who has lost to me 3 times.
I have <$15k in my car including original purchase & hardtop.
Rock on

Yeah. We really should do it up in commerce so we can get time slips too
Let's do that after I get my EBC working again. With this MBC, I come off the line real good but it doesn't have that pull up top. Probably down 70 whp.
