Default Whack-A-Turbo

Seems a shame but Cummins did not want there warranty turbos back. Had to damage 8 Holsets beyond rebuildable condition, then take them to scrap and get a certificate of disposal.

Great stress relief :jump:

No big loss on those variable turbos.

If you get HX35s or HY35s or HE35s... lemme know

Why did you have to damage them to throw them out?

Cummins says they must be destroyed. Because they were warranty parts, they don't want some one getting there hands on it, rebuilding it, then trying to re-sell them. From there as a dealer we have to show proof to them that they were properly disposed of.

Sorry both housings are damaged, and I broke the fins on both ends. They are scrap only :(

But what is a good core worth? Cummins core charge is $150, and most of the ones we see turned in are oil leakers.
