What is it about driving a dedicated track car that makes tards go into "dick mode?"

Around here the Porsche club is really well run and totally enjoyable. It's the BMW days that have the majority of the A-holes. For some reason all the supercharged S2000 guys run with the BMW group and not the PCA!

At most track days, other than Miata drivers, I tend to look for the guys running older fast cars or are turning suprisingly fast laps in fairly stock cars. They are the guys that often REALLY know how to drive and can maybe help me improve.

Do you ever run with the Alfa club? I've been hearing that they're the best group to run with around here. I heard the same thing you say about the BMW club. I'm taking my girlfriend to the BMW street survival event on the 22nd.
