Yes, yes they can.

I used to have a half boxer/half lab in high school that loved to drink with us and then amble around, not wobbling or bumping into things, but more relaxed per se. My friends got a kick out of it, but poor dog wouldn't do much the next day.

Good 'ol Tony...he loved MGD.

every dog i've seen get even the smallest amount of alcohol it just made them sneeze and the left it alone

If I'm working in the garage with the doors open, my dogs sometimes waltz in there just to hang out. If I'm drinkin a bottle of beer, they basically sit on my feet and start to whine until I pour some on the garage floor for them to lick up. Usually a little puddle isn't enough, it gets to the point where they don't stop bein a pain in the *** until I divide a 12oz bottle, sometimes almost 2 bottles, between the 3 dogs. They lop it up and then they usually come back in the garage and lay on the floor and just chill out for like 20 minutes, then they'll stumble outside and go take a nap in the bushes.
