That post had every sign of being a scam... but apparently, he's just a douche. I found a thread of him trying to sell these wheels on another forum as far back as Oct2009.
Other facts about this douche:
Belongs to about 10 other forums, most with very few posts all in the classfieds.
Name: Eugene Kim
DOB: 05Apr77 Age:33
Phone: 714-336-0292(maybe old)

He's Korean.
