I went through this with my ex, was with her 9 years....married for 6 months of that. Nearly the same thing happened. I was nice and accommodating until the day I got the house refinanced in my name and got all the business taken care of. It's hard to not be nice, because you are being nice to the person you knew years ago....that's not the same person you are dealing with now, and that person now has not shown, nor do they deserve any respect.

If you have to live at your Mom's house for a little while, it's worth it. Let me say that again... IT'S WORTH IT TO MOVE BACK IN WITH YOUR MOM. If even for only a few weeks. There's way more shame and bad feelings that come from living with an ex than there is living with your parents for a little while. My relationship with my Mom went from child/Mom to adult/Mom when nearly this same situation happened to me. Not only did my life get WAY easier with the change, but my relationship with my Mom is now very strong. Just get out of your current living situation ASAP.

There is no reason for you to be as generous as you are since she will just gobble it up and **** it out without even a thank you. After all she is entitled, right? Your generosity doesn't mean anything to her, she's as selfish as she can be and is fine with that.

Nothing you do for her will make you feel better....nothing. On the other hand, the things you do for yourself will mean allot to yourself. Put all that bad energy into something constructive, like working on your car.

I can't really offer up any other advise, it's all been said before in this thread. You'll feel alot better once you are on the other side of this ordeal.

UPDATE: I now have the car, but after much upset. When I get to school, which is a 30 min drive away, I notice a big white mark going down the side of the rear quarter panel. Someone did a hit in run or something of that nature. So I leave my classes and come back home so I can figure out what to do. The girl is gone for the day so I grab the digital camera to take pictures of the damage. For some reason the card was full though. I start wondering why and scanning through the recent photos. WELL WHAT DO YOU ******* KNOW! It was like a flip book. First her at a resteraunt with said guy. Then her making out with said guy. Then said guy licking her face. Then said guy and her at the club. Then said guy and her at his place. Then said guy and her naked in front of a mirror all over each other. So she's been ****** around. Like I said! I call her and bitch her out and she has the nerve to tell me to stop snooping around. Um what? Our camera, what's snooping around about that.

So she is a cheating, lying, pos bitch. I got a uhaul and moved everything into my moms until Friday when I move to the new place. I took everything too. Didn't leave her ****. She called me later and asked when I wanted the car. I told her why doesn't she just give me the key now and I'll give her till tomorrow to get her things out, yeah okay. I just got back from just taking the car and leaving the **** on her doorstep. She can seriously go **** herself. It's going to take forever to get an image of your (not just three weeks earlier) fiance, with some man ******* her. bullshit!

I'm sympathetic to your plight. Do yourself a favor...grieve, and get it all out right now. If you want to show her what she's missing, then go out and meet a thousand women per night, and never call her again. Move forward with your life, and stay away from scandalous ****. Like i said earlier...I wasted 7-years of my life because I was angry with a girl who did the same thing to me. I suffered through most of my 20's...don't be me.

I know she said we were over, on a break...but less than 3 weeks later already ******* someone else is kind of much. We still have eachother's names tattoo-ed on the ring finger. I have to find a way to get that covered up. Whatever though. I have my car, I have my ****...I'm moving into my new place probably Friday. I'm trying to talk with a counciler so I can spill my **** and get some closeur. Thanks for everyone's help....definitely a lot better responses than I expected from an online forum. I'll try to post some pics of my new num. 2 miata and the new place after I move and get settled.

But seriously, the idea of letting her parents know what happened has merit. Planting that seed can yield a nice crop of annoyance for the ex in years ahead if her parents had a good opinion of you. Maybe don't show them the pics, just a friendly phone call will do. The last serious girlfriend I had before meeting the wife, we dated for ~3 years. After we broke up I called her house so I could sort out what of her stuff she wanted me to ship back there and what I could throw out, and her dad answered the phone. I told him that his daughter decided that we should finally part ways, but it was really great knowing him & his wife (they were cool and liked me). She was dating some other guy within a few weeks, but for a couple years afterwards I'd hear through a mutual friend of ours that her parents were still giving her **** for breaking up with me. That kind of revenge leaves you with a clear conscience and occurs over time like Chinese water torture.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet in this thread, but it's worth hearing for all you younger guys: women have wild oats to sow as well. In fact in many primate species, the females are more promiscuous than males. You could have the best mangina and be the best he-bitch in the entire man-stable, but when chicks hit their early-mid 20s many of them decide they want to experience 37 dicks, or at least >1. Just the way it is, nothing you can do about it. If I had learned this earlier in life I would have given up on virgins a lot sooner than I did, and saved myself considerable stress. You don't need to settle down with an ex-***** who hangs loose like sleeve of wizard, but a girl who at least knows what she's doing isn't a bad thing.
