Hey guys, been a long time
Hey everyone! It’s been a long *** time since I’ve been here…lol. How is everyone? I hope my friend Phillip doesn’t mind I re-registered. I’m happy to see the forum has been built up so much. A lot more users and it looks like a lot more features as well. I have been absent from the Miata world the past year and now I’m trying to get back into the game.
My car was hit by a 06’ vette at the bodyshop that did my bodywork. It rolled, hit the rear and pushed the front into the wall I park in front of. Boom…..what a way to come home from a 14 hour day of concrete pouring. Long story short its still needs repair, but it’s been like 3 months. I’m going to just wait till the snow and road salt is gone before I push to have it fixed. The guy is hopefully a man of his word and is going to put the car back together just as it was.
I actually just moved onto an 80 acre farm in Wilton, CT and now I am a farm manager. The farm is a dedicated horse farm but is undergoing the process of renovation to expand what we do. The people that own it co-founded Priceline.com so it’s not your run of the mill farm. We have a dozen horses, 2 pigs, 2 llamas, a group of sheep, chickens, roosters, and vegetables. There’s a lot of work to be done here and I already live here with my girlfriend so I tried for the job and got it. I now make almost 3 times what I did a year when I was doing foundations with my father and brother. So now I can really finish my car and do what I want with it.
I hope all is well with everyone and can’t wait to check out all the new cars on the forum. I’m gonna check out the VB garage now and hopefully talk to you all soon.
P.S. I'm happy to see my smiley is still here!

Ok Phillip you win The other forum was cool to tool around with I guess, but then I started to mess with **** and got lost in it. VBulletin is cool, but I’m not that computer savvy. I still have the license I guess, but I don’t think I’m going for a second try. So in other words it didn’t go so well so I never renewed the domain name. That other forum that you guys are raggin on was the Mazda forum. It was decent but lacked any knowledge.
Mine was modifiedmiata.net....
Anyway I missed some of you guys :gay: I think between my move and job change, no new purchases on the miata for a whole year and no forum I was all miata'd out.
Missed or not I hope its cool I’m back and I'll try not to **** too much on the beach.

If I remember correctly it had to do with me asking questions about wiring Emanage and him not liking that. Then it turned into a gay internet quarrel and I said “go ahead ban me”........and he did....lol. I don’t blame him I would have banned someone if I had the power to. But seeing there are so many new members, I'm sure he’s a better admin now.

It was a compliment loki…..Are you trying to be a dick right off the bat with me?
I remember when the member count was like….maybe 200 or less. It was a different forum when it started. I wonder what my original number was. I think everyone did a great job getting the better of the Miata community here to let loose but still know some ****.
