After watching Wayne LaPierre's speech last week, I decided to change my 5 year membership to a life membership. Do I still get a gift card?

Bah, now the NRA finally has some of my money. I'm happy they 'fight for our rights', but really feel they just fight to keep the gun manufacturers in the money first....

Where should I start if I want to get educated on a medium sized standing safe? I want it to be able to fit 2-5 handguns and 2 long guns, with space for small valuables/important papers.

And I am going to need it delivered, because there's no way I am hauling it up my stairs.

What are your requirements? Safes comes built for many different levels of "safety". Your basic "theft resistant" thin-gauge with a key lock, all the way up to 12hr fire-proof biometric legit "vault".

To put in the closet, through-bolt to a few studs, keep the kids out, and slow down a thief, just get a Stack-On or Sentry "cabinet"... a friend has one that I helped him install and he speaks very highly of it.

This one gets a good rating, but there are others cheaper. A step up from this would be an actual "safe" with a fire rating and combination lock... depends on what you're looking for:
Amazon.com: SentrySafe G0135 Black Safe 5 Long Gun Maximum Capacity Safe, 3.5 Cubic Feet, Black: Sports & Outdoors Amazon.com: SentrySafe G0135 Black Safe 5 Long Gun Maximum Capacity Safe, 3.5 Cubic Feet, Black: Sports & Outdoors

A step up and bigger, but I don't see a fire rating.
Amazon.com: SentrySafe G1459E 14-Gun Electronic Lock Safe, Black Powder Coat: Sports & Outdoors Amazon.com: SentrySafe G1459E 14-Gun Electronic Lock Safe, Black Powder Coat: Sports & Outdoors

Also, I think I'd trust a regular combination tumbler lock over an electronic version for something I know I'd have many many decades.

For papers/valuables, I'd suggest investing in something with a serious fire-rating, or maybe get 2 safes... one for the guns, and another smaller for the extras.

You can get Sentry-Safes like this one at Costco:

I'm also interested in this answer. Looks like they have stuff in stock and a wide variety too. I'm thinking about picking up a 6.8.

Also, this isn't a very good combat stance. I mean, I've seen worse but he really needs to work on that.

I have had my trusty Bushmaster for about 3-4 years now. It has been a great rifle for me to enjoy these past few years. At this time I am considering buying a house. With the current crazyness going on, I am very tempted to put it up for sale. I am not overly worried about another AWB passing any time soon, so getting rid of it is not to big of a concern to me. Honestly I have not fired it in over a year, so I would hardly know it is gone.

I have not started researching yet what they are going for. Lets say I have my rifle, a case, 4-6 30 round magazines a few being pmags and a few hundred rounds of ammo, and a 22LR conversion. Is it possible that I could sell it all for $1500-2000?

What model Bushmaster and how many rounds of ammo? A guy I work with is looking for an AR15, he may be interested. Post more details, and I'll let him know about it.

I sold my M&P Shield 9 to a local gun shop for over MSRP earlier this week. Decided I'm more comfortable with my Glock 19 and will carry it.
