NOOB: how to use data log lab for fuel tuning?
I have read manual and am confused. I understand keypad tuning and can hook up laptop and make a data log. I have wide band ox sensor.
Q: what lambda L3 and L4 settings do I want when I take a data log with data log lab? Once I have data log what parameters do I look at to figure out if I need to add or remove fuel.

L3 & L4 are short and long term fuel trims. I'd disable both for tuning reasons. In DLL you can either do a live data log as the car is running (dyno/etc) and map your AFR (if you have it properly hooked up to the link) load and RPM and make adjustments later or you can street tune it and refine any issues with zone settings :

Datalog with L3/L4 off. If I use Wide Band O2 sensor, how do I get the AFR?
Another question. My Mechanic is going to troubleshoot my Air Temp Intake sensor. Readings are intermittent again after we fixed ground and a bad connection. If the sensor is truly "bad" are there any aftermarket replacements available? I understand that the Link is EOL (end of life) and parts are not available.

According to Keith at FM the link uses an air temp sensor that outputs a binary signal, not a resistance signal. Your best bet is to call FM to see if they happen to have one or keep your eyes peeled for a used kit to come up.
In regards to WB02, are you seeing it show up on your remote next to the in% screen (if not follow instructions on wiring, calibration and setup)? it won't show up as 14.7 but ~76(?) for stoic iirc. That data value should be select able under the data log feature. It won't show up under Zone settings as those are just programming values saved in link, not inputs from sensors.
