Default south carolina events

Started this thread for the south carolinians or any people coming to the state. Anyone planning on doing any autox, track days, etc?
I am trying to prep my car for something later this year and I thought it would be cool to meet up with some mt.netters!

Pretty epic. I need to start with some autox and then progress I believe. The car needs a lot of work though...

I should be at CMP for an HPDE in May. Probably going to do a CCR autocross or two when the car is finished. They have a TON of events at black lake this season.

I am waiting for SCCA to have the autox events at Stratford HS, mostly because it is a 5min drive from my house. That is about the furthest I will drive for an autox now. Track days have spoiled me.

Lars, my understanding is the neighbors complained of the noise and we will not be returning to Stratford HS.

Well then that makes me sad. Maybe the coliseum will host them here and I can goto those.

I was going to mention some autocrosses up here with the CSCC, but then I saw your location. It's there for anyone closer. I don't think you're driving to the upstate to go around some cones.

There's a few with the SCR chapter of SCCA

I'll be at the SCCA event at CMP on the 28-29th (Buck Muse), but I heard the track day for this Friday was cancelled.

Auto-x at Black Lake this Saturday, actually.

I'll be at CMP in May as well. Trying to get my TT license that weekend, but I don't have a passenger harness :-\

Just FYI I have miata meets at my house every day. You just open the gates to my back yard and BAM enough miata's to qualify as a meet.
