I auto-x (or did last season, quite a bit).

CCR is the official SCCA region, mostly around Charlotte.

You have Tarheel Sports Car Club or something near you...not a huge fan of those guys, but things can change in 2 years since I last raced with them.

Triad is by far the coolest group of guys. www.auto-x.com I used to run with them a lot. They do mostly Winston-Salem, and G-boro.
