FRT_Fun (Watertown, NY area, since I'm far West/North I'm willing to go a bit further )
I'm making a map on google maps with points where everyone is so we can get a visual.

Wish I knew how to make it so you guys update it yourself, I'll see look into it.
EDIT: Okay in the future you can add your own locations. Also if you want to edit in a possible location go for it.

During the summer I usually go on my own run along the CT river every week. I head through the back roads of Durham, pop out and drive along the CT river, pass by the good speed opera house, hit up gillets castle / devils hopyard, and then head back up along the other side of the river towards Portland / Glastonbury. Tons of good, lightly traveled roads all along the route and is probably 50-60 miles ~ 1-1.5 hrs of drive time (Depending on speed )
One place I wouldn't mind hitting up would be rt 7 towards kent / limerock. You could easily spend a day rippin around and hit a few spots (Kent falls, Limerock, Lake waramog) Its kind of out of the way for most of us, but it'd be fun

That sounds a lot like my route. I live in Old Saybrook durring the summer so I usually hop over the river, go down back roads in lyme, east hadam and swing over by the opera house.
I took the miata out for a 2 mile drive the other day only to find out that the front left caliper is SEIZED completely.

The car has been sitting for a while. It wasnt a big surprise that the brakes stuck when i moved out of the space. I realized almost instantly. Whenever I let off the gas it pulled to the left... not to mention the smell. . . but hey I wanted to get to BIG Y.
I felt the hub when i got there and it was cooking.
Anyway : on topic- I will be getting my car on the road in the next month. I am willing to travel to most places in ct (whether or not my car wants to cooperate is a different story)
